Absolutely not! The Cadet Program is a great way to have fun, be challenged and make friends. You also develop new skills that will be with you for life, no matter what career you choose.
If I know that I’m going to be late or am not able to attend an event, what do I do?
When a cadet is going to be late or is unable to attend an event the cadet should do the following prior to the event:
- Inform their senior cadet of the situation
- Call the Administrative Officer at (403) 801-0861 with the following information:
- Name and Rank
- Date of absence
This ensures accurate attendance can be taken. Attendance is taken into consideration for promotions, summer camp applications and scholarship nominations.
